How we protect data
We encrypt data in transit using TLS and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to application data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, protected by multi-factor authentication and audit logging. We rely on reputable, security-reviewed infrastructure providers and monitor our systems for unusual activity.
What we ask for and when
We only request sensitive details when they are genuinely needed, and we explain why. We do not ask for a Social Security number or bank login during an introductory eligibility step.
